Meet Our Staff

Robert A. Liberto, CPA, PFS

Bob has over twenty-five years tax and accounting experience and started the accounting and tax practice of Robert A. Liberto, CPA, P.C. in September 2000 servicing small business and individual clients.  Prior to starting his own practice, he was a partner in a local firm for 13 years, and was employed in a CPA firm for three years after graduating from college.  He then spent several years working as an assistant controller in a real estate development and management company.  He has experience in working with many industries including construction, retail, service, marine and  real estate to name a few.

Bob has served on several non-profit boards and is currently the Treasurer of the Marine Trades Association of Baltimore County,  He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, The Maryland Association of CPA’s, the Maryland Society of Accountants, and The Professional Association of Small Business Accountants.  Bob was raised and currently resides in Baltimore County, Maryland with his family.

Joanne Ormrod
Office Manager

Joanne joined the company in 1999 as part of the administrative staff and was promoted to Office Manager in 2009.  Joanne is your “go-to” person at the firm, and is responsible for the smooth operation of day-to-day business.  She is the welcoming face that greets as you enter our office and the cheerful voice you hear on the other end of the phone.

Angelica Biggar
Accounting Manager

Angelica is a graduate of Towson University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She began her tax career with Ernst & Young. To expand her accounting knowledge beyond tax, Angelica moved to a mid-size local firm in 2014 to assist with reviews and compilations. She is currently pursuing her CPA license & was excited to join our management team in 2016.

Angelica loves spending time with her 4 children. She also enjoys the Baltimore culinary scene and working out.

Pam McCollum, CPA
Staff Accountant

Pam has been a CPA since 1994, working with a national firm for the last 20 years and managing a staff of 120. She has valuable experience in industries such as wholesale distribution, hospitality, NFP's, construction and real estate. Pam is a graduate of the University of Baltimore, and actually worked for Bob while attending college, so when she decided to work part-time, he was pleased to welcome her back!

When not in the office, Pam serves as Treasurer for the Greater Jacksonville Optimist Club. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Erin Kaminaris
Staff Accountant

Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computational Mathematics with a concentration in Physics from Virginia Tech. She started her career as a technical recruiter before transitioning to a higher calling as a full-time mother. When she returned to the corporate world, Erin put her love of numbers to work. She continued her education, receiving an accounting certificate and is currently completing the process of becoming a Certified Professional Bookkeeper. Erin enjoys helping clients work through complex financial situations, so they may remain focused on growing their businesses.

Outside of work, she is still very active doing volunteer work for various organizations and dedicates herself to her family.

Harold J. Hoffman, CPA
Tax Accountant

Harold has over 40 years of accounting experience. He is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin University & obtained his Maryland CPA license in 1981. His interest has always been in helping small businesses with their accounting and tax issues. Harold likes working directly with clients, business owners & bookkeeping staff. His expertise in personal property tax has saved business clients thousands of dollars.

Harold enjoys spending time with his two sons & their families. When not with them, he can be found waiting for a bite at a local fishing pond.

Harold is a US Navy Seabee Veteran & we thank him for his service!

Anita Young  
Director of Marketing

Anita joined the firm in 2012.  She returned to college and graduated summa cum laude at the age of 51. Her specialties include promoting client growth by managing the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials.  She acts as our liaison with outsourced vendors, designers and photographers.  Anita also coordinates our monthly client seminars and handles our public relations efforts.  In addition, she directs and monitors our SEO, website and social media. 

In her spare time, Anita's interests incude photography and working out.

Anne Hilbinger
Administrative Assistant

Anne has been in the accounting field since 1986, and has worked for Bob since 2005. She now works part-time concentrating specifically on one of our VIP clients.  

At home, Anne likes to garden and enjoy the small goldfish pond in her yard.
