Positions Currently Available

BOOKKEEPER, Part-Time Position

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing client financial information
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and other monthly reporting
  • Assist accountants with client projects
  • Assist with client and administrative projects
  • Prepare general correspondence, and client interaction


Qualifications:

  • General office/clerical experience
  • QuickBooks and/or Creative Solutions software experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
  • A unique aptitude for figures and problem solving
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Bookkeeping skill, general knowledge of payroll and sales taxes is a huge plus, yet we are willing to train
  • High level of professionalism
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Outstanding work record
  • Dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

INSIDE MARKETING, PART-TIME Position

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and find prospective clients via telephone
  • Qualify prospects
  • Schedule appointments with Director of Sales
  • Accounting knowledge is not necessary.  We will train you.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of outbound telemarketing experience is required
  • Proven sales success is essential
  • Conversational attitude and ability to get people talking
  • Energetic telephone voice that demonstrates an upbeat personality
  • Resilient…understands that “no” is just part of the game
  • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be computer savvy with strong experience in MS Office
  • Insatiable desire to succeed!
  • Availability 12 to 20 hours a week, during regular business hours
